1. Standard Warranty Coverage (3 Months)

All trade-in products come with a 3-month limited warranty, which includes:

  • Defects or malfunctions that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Battery performance and lifespan (for electronics and watches) are not covered under the warranty.

  • Free labor charges for repairs (only pay for replacement parts if required).

  • Priority service for trade-in buyers to minimize downtime.

  • Body coverage for minor dents, scratches, or surface defects that do not affect functionality.

  • Reclaim warranty – If a major issue arises that cannot be fixed, we offer a partial refund or trade-in credit (case-by-case basis).

Note:

  • Repairs are subject to part availability.

  • Shipping costs for sending the product for repair are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If the product is deemed beyond repair, we may offer a partial refund or trade-in credit.
